Gage drives around the Brookhaven neighborhood of Farmers Branch in search of homes that could use renovations. When he finds a home that might meet his criteria he writes down the address. He is able to find you, the homeowner, by using public records online. Gage then hand writes the letters himself and sends them to you in hopes that you will reach out.
Once you reach out to Gage he gets to know more about the property by asking some questions about the home. Once he belives there may be value in the home he then sets up an appointment with you to go look at the home himself and do some due deligence. This process only takes about 15 minutes.
Once the due deligence is done he takes back what he finds to his office to crunch some numbers. After a day or two he will be able to give a price with a cash offer.
